How do I receive my Care Kit?

All of our products are digital downloads. After checkout, you’ll receive an email with instant access to your files. You can open them on any device and print them if you’d like.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital products, all sales are final. That said, if you experience any issues accessing your files, just reach out—we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.

Can I use these for my clients or patients?

Yes! Our Care Kits come with PLR (Private Label Rights). That means you can use them in your own practice, with clients, or for personal use. The only restriction is that you cannot resell the exact files as your own store.

Do I need special software to use the files?

No special software required! Most of our files come in PDF format, which works on any device. Some kits may also include editable versions (Word, Canva, or Google Docs) so you can customize them if you wish.

Are these just for mental or physical illness?

Both. We design our kits to support the whole person—mental health, physical health, and the intersection of the two.
